Mary Ashlyn Pearce was determined and dedicated to earning a college degree from Auburn University.
Pearce graduated from Auburn on May 4 with a B.S. degree in Accounting and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Family Business studies. After graduation, Pearce began the Auburn Masters of Accountancy program and will graduate next May.
“I am forever grateful for the past four years at Auburn University and all of the people by my side along the way,” Pearce said.
During her four years at Auburn, Pearce was active. She was a member of Kappa Deta Sorority, Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Fraternity and Relay for Life.
Pearce credits her college success to attending Morgan Academy, where she graduated in 2020.
“Morgan Academy helped me prepare in so many ways,” Pearce said. “Being involved in sports, Student Government Association and so much more in high school led me to branch out and get involved at Auburn. I had wonderful teachers at Morgan Academy that helped me prepare for the harder classes I had at Auburn.”
