Park Place – A Diversicare Nursing & Rehabilitation Center earned an award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living last week.
Park Place received a Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award from the AHCA/NCAL for its commitment to quality improvement and excellence in long-term and post-acute care. The bronze award is the highest level given by the AHCA/NCAL, recognizing Park Place for improving the lives of patients, residents, and team members in long-term and post-acute care. Trained examiners review each application to determine if the center has met the demands of the criteria.
“We are immensely proud of our team,” Park Place administrator Ashley Buster said. “This significant achievement underscores their unwavering commitment to serving our patients and residents with excellence and continuous improvement. None of this would be possible without their hard work and commitment. Thank you to our entire staff for helping us achieve this honor and for providing such exceptional person-centered care. We will continue to raise the bar and provide the best possible outcomes and experiences for the people we are privileged to serve.’’
