Dallas County Water & Sewer Authority has issued a boil water for customers who have recently lost or experiencing low water pressure.

The Dallas Water & Sewer Authority issued the following statement on their website:

“Dallas County Water & Sewer Authority is currently experiencing low water pressure and water outages due to water loss. If you are experiencing low water pressure, you are advised to boil your water prior to use. We ask for your patience during this process.”

Bruce K. Craig Elementary/Southside Primary and Tipton-Durant Elementary were both closed due to water issues. Both schools were forced to close early Tuesday due to a loss of water.
