Oktoberfest coming to Gallery 905

Gallery 905 and the Blackbelt Beneftit Group are partnering to bring Oktoberfest to Selma this weekend.
The annual Oktoberfest will be at Gallery 905 on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festival will line up with the 1st Saturday Selma in Gallery 905’s Pocket Park.
“We are partnering with Blackbelt Benefit Group to bring Selma some live music, good food and beer, and of course local art,” said Samantha Jones, gallery director for Gallery 905. “We will have several new artisan vendors, this is the perfect time to start your holiday shopping.”
There is no admission fee to the festival. The event will feature a Kid’s Art Corner featuring Sister Mary. Food trucks and The Coffee Shoppe will be there with seasonal drinks. There will be plenty of music and artists as well. Sew Much Fun will also be quilting at the event.
