The Selma Stop the Violence Rally sponsored by Selma Safe Haven Center was held on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025, from Brown Chapel AME to the Songs of Selma Park at the foot of the Edmund Pettus Bridge.

Marchers were proclaiming “no justice, no peace” among other freedom songs from the Civil Rights Movement.

The march was organized by the Rev. Michael Bowen.
