Governor Bob Riley and Finance Director Jim Main will hold a news conference on Wednesday, February 4 to outline the fiscal year 2010 executive budget proposal that the Governor is presenting to the Legislature.

The Alabama Constitution requires the Governor to submit the executive budget proposal to the Legislature on or before the second legislative day.

The news conference is open to credentialed news reporters and will take place at 8:30 a.m. in the Governor’s Office at the State Capitol.
