Vanessa Gill faces life in prison after her conviction Monday morning in connection with the March 2006 murder of her husband, Marshall Gill.
A Dallas County Jury handed down the verdict before 10 a.m. Monday.
Prosecutors said the death penalty was not considered by the jury, although Gill’s conviction is for capital murder. She faces life in prison.
Prosecutors successfully argued that Brown hired her nephew to beat her husband to death with a baseball bat.
