R.C. Hatch knocks off Livingston

R.C. Hatch started off its basketball season on the right foot Friday night by beating Livingston High School 73-63.
Trent Tucker led the Bobcats with 17 points. Tucker also finished with four rebounds.
Three other players scored in double digits on opening night.
Trent Askew added 15 to the total, Lee Anthony Smith threw in 15 more points and Brandon Battle finished with 16.
Askew and Battle added to the defense as well.
Askew finished with two steals on the night, and Battle added a blocked shot
With the win, R.C. Hatch got off on the right foot in its quest to earn a fourth consecutive state championship.
The Bobcats take on the Wilcox Central Jaguars at home next Friday 5 p.m.
