Allen, who was on probation with the state of Alabama, was transported to the Selma Police Department where detectives were continuing to question him Monday evening.

The department’s Lt. Johnny King said Allen would later be transported to the Dallas County Jail and would be held without bond for violating his probation and drug trafficking.

“I just want to commend the work of Sgt. (Kenta) Fulford and his men,” King said. “It took a lot of people to pull something of this caliber and his men did an outstanding job.”
