Mrs. Rosetta Walker, 61, resident of Selma, passed away July 22, 2011 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 30, 2011, 12:00 noon at Ellwood Community Church officiated by Pastor Gary L. Crum. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive #1 Baptist Church Cemetery, Sardis, AL., directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

She is preceded in death by parents, Sally Marshall Paige and Louis King; son, Tracey Lewis; sister, Rosie Marshall.

Survivors include  sons, Anthony Watson, Mario Jackson, and Kelvin Holmes; foster son, Eric Lawrence; seven daughters, Cynthia Stokes (Michael), Janis Ervin (Michael), Gwen Walters (Jack), Mechelle Walker (Fernando), Rochelle Murry (Cedrick), Portra McDole, and Teresa Walker (Reginald); one brother, sixteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, six sons-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, three brothers-in-laws,, four sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews. Other relatives include a very special aunt, Annie Mary McDole; special nieces, Henrietta Walker and Lowanda Fitts. The family will receive friends and others between the hours of 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the home of Roosevelt Walker.
