Police have taken into custody an individual who was caught as he ran from them.

A call came into the dispatcher just minutes ago that a man was hanging around behind

a beauty shop on Jeff Davis.

When a police officer arrived, the suspect took off, leading the officer on a chase two streets over before he was caught on Washington St.

The suspect was identified as Thurgood Young of Orrville, according to authorities.
