Ray Smith, 65, of Selma Al. died Sunday August 28,2011.

Services will be held at 1:30 on  Wednesday August 31, 2011 at Lawrence-Brown Chapel, with Rev. Rod Rodchester officiating and Lawrence Brown Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6p.m to 8p.m on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith is survived by his loving wife, Lila Fountain Smith; Grandchildren, Maranda Phillips (Mark), Cathryn, Cayleigh, and Nycholas Phillips.Tiffany Deason, Angel, Ashley, and Aleesha Middleton. Heather Scott, Courtney Smith, Timothy Adam Skelton (Nikki), Shawn Skelton. Brother, Pete Smith Jr.; Sister-in-laws, Brenda Bickerstaff and Barbara Smith Nieces,  Cathi (Jeff) Deason, Salina (Glenn) Hutchins, and Lawana Smith.
