9-10 Baseball

Wachovia

El Ranchero

Going into the top of the sixth inning, Wachovia trailed El Ranchero 7-5, but was able to rally and score three runs to escape with an 8-7 victory.

Peyton Cunningham, Dee Pettway, and Jesse Hogue all scored two runs in the win.

For El Ranchero, Kendrick Wright scored two runs.

Fancher Fabrication

Pepsi only allowed one run and beat Fancher Fabrication 9-1.

Clay Copeland scored three runs, and AJ Simmons scored two runs. Jalen Furlow, Miller Spivey, Michael Smith, and Trey Bennett each scored one run in the win.

For Fancher Fabrication, Jhalandius Sullivan scored his team’s only run.

Taylor Internal Medicine

Gayle’s Amoco

Taylor Internal Medicine beat Gayle’s Amoco 16-6 in four innings.

Jamaya Smith and Calandra Morrow both scored three runs. Morgan Smitherman, Pretice Hopkins, Gabrielle Jones, and Donna Smith each scored two runs. Kionan Page and Maggie Tipton each scored one run in the win.

For Gayle’s Amoco, Mallory Freine, Keonna King, Dytavia Johnson, Mia Brooks, Sara Plummer, and Jada Braxton all scored one run.
