Doris Austin Hughes
Doris Austin Hughes, who was born on August 3, 1923, passed away at her home on June 12, 2007 after battling a long illness with breast cancer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.S. Hughes; two brothers, Robert &8220;Rob&8221; Austin of Calera, Ala., and Cecil &8220;Bo&8221; Austin of Clanton, Ala.; and one sister, Theora Austin Bone of Marion, Ala.
She is survived by one sister, Nell Austin Rinehart of Jacksboro, Tenn.; two daughters, Wanda Hughes Kuchel (Bill) of Dallas, Texas, and Lynn Hughes Anderson (Brad) of Kansas City, Missouri; and her son, Austin &8220;Butch&8221; Hughes (Donna) of Fairhope, Ala.
She leaves behind five loving grandchildren, Daniel and Niki Hughes, Ashley Kuchel, Drew and Brittany Anderson.
Mrs. Hughes was a faithful member of Fairhope Baptist Church in Fairhope, Ala., and previously was a member of Siloam Baptist Church in Marion, Ala.
The family will receive friends from 10 &045; 11 a.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope, Ala., with a service following at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 15, 2007.
Graveside services will be on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Marion Cemetery.
Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel will be directing the graveside services in Marion.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 5005 LBJ FWY, STE 250, Dallas, Texas 85244.
Sharon Chapman
Ms. Sharon Chapman, age 36, of Selma, died June 12, 2007 at her residence.
Funeral services will be announced at a later date by Miller Funeral Service.
Annie Louise White
Annie Louise White, age 52, of Marion, Ala., died June 7, 2007 at a Perry County nursing home.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, June 16 at 1 p.m. at Provewell Baptist Church with Rev. C. L. Thompson officiating.
Burial will be in Daniel Cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Anthony White and Nathaniel White; three daughters, Karen White, Marsha White and Tomkea White; four brothers, Nathaniel, Melvin, Roosevelt White, and Eddie Billingsley; three sisters, Jeanette Pryor, Johnnie Mae Walker and Teresa Billingsley; 15 grandchildren; 7 brother-in-laws; 7 sister-in-laws; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Mrs. Josephine Mullen-Brown, of Demopolis, Ala., entered into eternal rest June 9, 2007 at Henry Medical Center, Stockbridge, Ga.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 16, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church, Demopolis, Ala. Bishop Earnest L. Palmer will officiate.
Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Demopolis, Ala.
The remains will repose at the church on Saturday beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Family hour will be held Friday evening from 7 &045; 8 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
