To the Editor:

I am extremely proud and honored to have been considered for appointment to the District 4 Commission seat. I sincerely thank each person who tried to make that appointment happen.

Judge Jones, Judge Ballard, Commissioners Towns, Williams and Moore – these are men with true greatness able to stand together united in their beliefs. This is indeed rare in our day.

To the remainder of the elected Dallas County officials who have sacrificed so much to serve God and the people of this country, I ask that each of you pray daily for Divine Guidance.

It is my belief that we must stand together – united – especially during trying times.
