Mr. Jimmy L. McGhee
Mr. Jimmy L. McGhee, age 38, of Plantersville, AL died on October 9, 2006 in Selma, AL.
Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Elyton Missionary with Rev. Carl B. McGhee officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Miller Funeral Service directing.
Survivors include: a special friend, Tracey; mother, Ruth McGhee; two sons, Qertez Childers and Kendarious Sullivan; two daughters, Teara Wright and Sherika Sullivan; three brothers, Revell (Agnes) McGhee, Rev. Carl (Kimberly) McGhee and Fredrick Callen; one sister, Maevirtis (Charles) McGhee Callens; one brother-in-law; two sisters-in-laws; seven nieces; five nephews; one great niece and one great nephew.
Nephews and cousins will serve as pallbearers and nieces and cousins will serve as flowerbearers.
Mrs. Hattie M. Clay
Mrs. Hattie M. Clay, age 88, of Selma, AL died on October 6, 2006 at Warren Manor Nursing Facility.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 1:00 pm at New Parnell with Rev. Earl Butler officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Miller Funeral Service directing.
Survivors include: spouse, Ernest Clay; two brothers, Henry (Belvie) Thomas and Jack (Geneva) Thomas; four sisters, Emma Wilson, Bessie Fluker, Ora (Eleazer) Anderson and Josephine Emerson; four great grandchildren, Antoine, Earl, Isiah, and Kimberly; grandson, Timothy R. (Linda) Martin; son-in-law; Clinton Blake; sister-in-law, Sadie Clay and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. James Davis, age 68, of Forkland, Alabama passed away on October 11, 2006 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 12:00 noon at the Lloyd Chapel Baptist Church in Forkland, Alabama. Rev. Clayborn May will officiate. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.

Beatrice Monuiel, age 87, of Brent, AL died on October 11, 2006 in Bibb Co. Medical Center, Centreville, AL.

Dayrel Edward Sullivan, Sr.
Dayrel Edward Sullivan, Sr., age 55, of Valley Grande, AL, passed away October 12, 2006.
A memorial service will held Saturday, October 14, 2006, 1:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Carswell officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.
He is survived by two sons, Dayrel Edward (Rona) Sullivan, Jr of Enterprise, MS and Shane (Cindy) Sullivan of Meridian, MS; one daughter, Melissa (Gary) Mayton of Selma, AL; two sisters, Paula Little and Tammy Little both of Abilene, TX; eight grandchildren, Brett Collins, Sam Collins, and Hayley Fox all of Selma, AL; Justin Sullivan, Courtney Sullivan, both of Enterprise, MS; and Dusty Sullivan, Mindy Sullivan and Justin Bean all of Meridian, MS.
Mr. Sullivan was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Sullivan.
The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Jack Burns and the staff of Cahaba Hospice.

Mrs. Gertrude Wright, age 88, of Linden, Alabama passed away on October 6, 2006 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 2:00 pm at the Bethel Rock AME Church in Demopolis, Alabama. Rev. Lonnie Williams will officiate. Interment will follow in Jefferson Cemetery in Jefferson, Alabama. The remains will repose at the church on Saturday beginning at 1:00 pm.

Arlean Rand McKinney
Arlean Rand McKinney, age 65, of Milwaukee, WI died on October 8, 2006 in Milwaukee, WI.
Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 1:30 pm at Aimwell Baptist Church. Rev. Stanley Hickey will officiate. Burial will follow the church cemetery with Miller Funeral Service directing.
Survivors include: mother, Julia Mae Rand; three daughters, Debra (Rev. Stanley) Hickey, Rosalyn Dandridge and Emerald McKinney; two sisters, Ruth Smith and Eva Watts; seven grandchildren, one son-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Harry Parker Cutcliff, Jr.
Harry Parker Cutcliff, Jr., age 68, born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, died Monday, October 9, 2006 at a local hospital in Fairhope, AL.
He is survived by his wife: Ruth Dagostin Cutcliff of Daphne, AL; one daughter: Jeanne Leigh Cutcliff Boyles of Pleasant Garden, NC; one son: Michael A. Cutcliff of Seymore, TN; mother-in-law: Frances D. Dagostin of Selma, AL; two brothers-in-law: Edward J. Dagostin of Selma, AL and Thomas K. Dagostin of Safford, AL; sister-in-law: Diane D. Enzor of Selma, AL; six grandchildren, five nephews, three nieces and “The Cousins.”
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home, Montgomery, AL at 1:00 pm at their chapel. The family will receive friends Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 am until time of the service. Intombment will be in Greenwood and Serenity Memorial Gardens, Montgomery, AL.
Mr. Cutcliff worked with Penn Mutual for forty-one years. He was a longtime member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, his greatest loves were playing hand ball at Central YMCA, Montgomery, crossword puzzles and fishing.
