SELMA — Mayor George Evans asked all residents of Selma to support the American Red Cross with its Haitian Relief efforts.

A major earthquake caused massive damage and thousands of deaths and injuries Tuesday.

Mayor Evans asked everyone to give money or blood donations Jan. 21 to the relief effort.

Blood donations locally should be made at the local office of the American Red Cross.

Monetery gifts may be given at the American Red Cross, the Selma Baptist Association and the Salvation Army.
