Mildred Lucile Grindle Howell, 76, died October 30, 2005 in an Ashville Nursing Facility.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November

2, 2005 at the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Patrick Grindle officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens.

Family visitation will be Tuesday, November 1, 2005 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Survivors include one daughter, Linda J. Jennings (Joseph); one son, John R. Howell; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

Mrs. Howell was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Howell.

Mrs. Howell was retired from HL-A Co Inc.

Active pallbearers will be Ronald Jennings, John Jennings, John Joseph Jennings, Michael Jennings, Mitchell Howell, and Scott Edgeworth.
